  1. I think that you should try to mimic what the Silverlight 5 framework did. That should be your target.

    I really, really, really do need something that works the same as Silverlight - but isn't governed by the capricious behaviour of Microsoft. I have spent 5 years developing a product using Silverlight as the platform because it was the ONLY solution to what I was attempting to do (and believe me I looked EVERYWHERE)

    If you could emulate Silverlight, you would have a world-beating product, believe me
